Grant Fritschle, the eldest son of Mark Fritschle, has finally decided to leave his life of travel and adventure and venture into a career in real estate following in his father's footsteps. Terry Riley, a true Bostonian, moved to Maryland after earning his MBA. Terry worked with top builders up and down the East Coast. Terry has 23 years of experience in sales, corporate marketing, advertising, sales management and construction.

Terry's last project took him to Sunset Island in Ocean City where he helped 180 families and investors purchase homes there at 67th street and the bay. Chris Jett, a Maryland native, has been providing marketing and sales for the luxury bayside community of Sunset Island. Carter Howell comes to the Mark Fritschle Group after three years of Real Estate sales and marketing of residential vacation homes with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage here in Ocean City and Bethany Beach. While at Coldwell Banker Carter received several top producer awards including the prestigious International Presidents Club Award.

Carter was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN where he graduated from the University of Minnesota. After graduation he moved to the ski resorts of Colorado where his career of over 30 years in Resort Management, Hospitality, Development and Real Estate flourished. Carter continued his successful Resort Management career in the Florida Keys and moved to Ocean City in 2000 to manage, market and develop properties in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Carter resides in North Ocean City with his wife Robin and their two golden retrievers, all of whom share a love of the water. Linda Borror has lived in the Ocean City area for 25 years. A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, she fell in love with the beach and coastal lifestyle at an early age & moved here after attending the University of Maryland/College Park.
